This policy covers the Wise Guys booking website. We use it to schedule soft washing and pressure washing in the Phoenix metro, and to take payment for that work.

What we collect

When you request a quote or book a wash, we keep your name, mobile number, email, service address, the services you picked, the date window, and the price or quote. If you pay, we keep the amount, whether it was paid, and the payment reference. We do not store your full card number. The card is entered on QuickBooks or Creem, not on this website.

How we use it

We use that information to price the job, schedule the crew, send the booking or quote, and collect payment. Job details may be sent to our field desk (WiseDispatch) so the crew can see the work. Text messages are sent only when that option is turned on. We do not sell your information.

QuickBooks

The business owner connects this website to the company's own QuickBooks account to take card payments and record them. QuickBooks receives the payment amount, customer name, and email needed to charge the invoice. You can disconnect that connection from the owner desk.

How long we keep it

We keep bookings, quotes, and payment records so we can do the work, handle a question about the job, and keep our books. Ask us if you want a correction.
